Big dilema in SC East Bengal’s future

BTC News Sports Desk: Since the end of ISL VII, there has been a great tussle between East Bengal and their chief investor, Shree Cement. Now adding to the worries, Indian Football Federation (IFA) have given a deadline whether the team will feature in Calcutta Football League Premier Division Group A.
IFA secretary Joydeep Mukherjee said on Monday that IFA will give them no more than seven days to inform whether SC East Bengal will feature or not. If they fail to do so, ISL VIII will be featured with 13 teams. However, SC East Bengal have been placed in Group I, hoping the impasse over signing of the final agreement would be sorted out soon. Joydeep Mukherjee also added that SC East Bengal was not present citing “personal inconvenience”.
