Double delight for Max Verstappen

North 24 Parganas (India) correspondent: Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing, has won his first home Grand Prix of his career. He started the race on pole position and ended it on pole in Dutch Grand Prix. The Dutch Grand Prix was held for the first time in 36 years, and fans with orange flags and flares were overjoyed as their home boy turned victorious.
Lewis Hamilton on the other hand, who started the race with a 3 point lead in the World Championship table, ended up with trailing by 3 points to Max Verstappen. Hamilton finished second and his teammate Valtteri Bottas took the 3rd place. Hamilton though took the fastest lap and thus with 221.5 points, he remains 3 points behind Verstappen’s 224.5 . Bottas moved up to 3rd place in World Championship ranking with 112.5 points.
Max Verstappen has now won 7 out of 13 races and with only nine races to go, it will be the clash of two apex predators of the Formula 1 era.
